Stained Glass Moon

My wife and I, maybe me more than her, decided to learn how to do stained glass. She gave up rather quickly, so I decided to finish mine and give it to her for Christmas.

Here are the pieces all cut out and wrapped with the copper tape. 

Here is the finished product. I cut a piece from 12/2 copper wire to make the loop at the top and then I soldered it into place. This note hangs in our kitchen window. I hope to make more stained glass pieces.
